Business systems, can throw up a lot of pushback from many business owners because it’s something that they know that they need, but it’s something that they associate with being really, really time-consuming.
Although I get it, these systems to start with can take a bit of a time commitment. But the whole point of business systems is to eventually get that time back. So by creating business systems and investing in parts that are short part-time at the beginning, means that you are able to save much more time, much more money further down the line.
