What Is The Simple Systems to Scale™ Programme?

Welcome to another episode of what would Charlotte do. So today is a little bit different. I have a new offering that I have put out into this amazing world. And it came on the back from a lot of people are asking and needing some support with creating their business systems.

So, if you know me, you will know. I love business systems

Business systems, create the simple business that everyone wants and craves and having business systems in place, means that you are able to then scale your business successfully.

But what a lot of people don’t realise is when they implement their business systems, they don’t make them scalable.

They create these business systems that sit there and they actually then outgrow them

So what I want to focus on is creating scalable business systems. And that’s where my new group programme comes into play.

The new programme is simple systems to scale™ programme. And it is as it says in the title. Simple business systems that enable you to scale.

Ultimately what we are going to be doing is to create a central business hub, because that makes things super simple. We’re going to look at:

• Admin system
• Sales system
• Marketing system 
• HR system
• Finance system

And although I would love to create all the systems you need in this programme. We can’t do that in 12 weeks.

So, what we are concentrating on is the essential systems that you need in your business in order to step up to that next level and really scale

We are going to look into those systems in a bit more detail and look at the processes around those systems, and what you need as an essential in order to scale.

Because systems are something that progresses as you go along. It’s not really one of those things that you do once and then you shelf. It needs to be maintained. It needs to be added to and be adjusted. So making sure that we have those essential systems in place for you to then be able to add to those systems as you want to in as you see fit going forward is the main aim of this programme.

A lot of people have said, Do I need business systems? I’m not going to franchise I’m not going to sell my business, and the simple answer to that is yes.

Everyone needs business systems

Because if you don’t have business systems, you’re making things a lot harder for yourself. And I, as I say, lights, keep things simple. I don’t like to

• Overcomplicate things
• Keep reinventing the wheel
• Always having to think about what I’m doing

I want to make sure that the metrics that I have and I’m tracking are taken from consistent way of doing things

Because ultimately you can’t track your metrics for particular processes. If you’re doing it differently each time because the metrics aren’t going to paint a true light of what’s going on. And you’ve probably heard of that rule of thumb of. You need to enable something to embed for 90 days before you can really see whether or not that’s going to work for your business or whether or not it needs some tweaking, and with a business system that enables you to do that.

So, ultimately we’re going to sit down we’re going to create the essential business systems you need

I’m going to be there, working it through with you, I am going to give you some examples. And again, if you know me you will know.

I don’t agree with selling a business system, because I agree in kind of letting you see a business system and seeing how it works. But ultimately I think every single business should have their own unique business systems, unless you are a franchisee and of course, because otherwise, your audiences are different, so you’re talking, different people what they’re going to once different you in yourself, are unique so what works for someone over there isn’t necessarily going to work for you.

So I want you to be able to create business systems that are going to work for you, and they’re going to deliver what you need and what your objectives are

So, I will work with you, giving you examples and talking you through the process of creating these business systems in a super simple way.

That means that you can then continue adding to them maintaining them. And there’s also going to be a little add on at the end that you if you feel that it’s because it is going to be an intense programme, I’m not going to say it’s, it’s not, is going to be, because business systems do take some time commitments pulled together. So, ultimately at the end, if you do feel like you need some more ongoing support.

We’re going to pull together a group of people that we can, we can kind of create little pods and this mastermind where we can continue for six months in creating the business systems that you need so if we’ve created the essential systems and then you need to add some to them. We can do that together to an extent throughout that additional mastermind at the end.
