So today, I am talking about how my brand new programme. The simple systems to scale™ is able to transform not only your business but your life

And some people may say that’s a pretty bold statement, and it is, but it’s also a very very true statement.

So, in business, I find a lot of people haven’t pulled together, scalable business systems, and it breaks my heart seeing people that are really really making things hard on themselves.

They’re constantly reinventing the wheel, they’re feeling lost about where to go. They’ve got these processes and these things that they need to do and can’t for the life of us remember how to do it from last month. Because you know 30 days between seems like an eternity sometimes in business.

Ultimately, then they become frustrated because they get stuck in this growth stage

And they’ve tried to maybe scale, and then they’re falling right back into the growth stage because they’re really really struggling to keep everything running. And that’s where scalable business systems come into play. So some people have said, y’all have business systems, but actually, do you have business systems or do you have scalable business systems, because business systems in their self, can cause all sorts of issues. So, if you just have a business system. Nine times out of 10, you’ve actually then created yourself as the bottleneck.

So, you want to have business systems that enable your business to run behind the scenes

You want to have business systems that mean that you are able to easily onboard team members and clients, you want to have business systems that don’t take all the time from you to train your team to hand things over to assign things.

So, with business systems. A lot of the time as an example. You end up becoming the bottleneck without really realising it so you can have your business systems in place.

But then actually if you’re not giving your team the responsibility to be able to make approvals to maybe be able to make decisions, you’re ultimately then being the decision-maker in the manager, which then means that you’ve traded the implementation for the manager, and that caused all sorts of issues as the site really really stops you from being able to scale.

So, with scalable business systems, we’re looking at the bigger picture

We look at where you want to be. And ultimately, this isn’t going to be set in stone because things change business changes life changes. But we want to look at where you think, and want to be in the future.

And then we work those business systems around that. So it means that you are able to not only onboard the right people at the right time. As team members but you’re also able to onboard your clients really really well without dropping the ball without making any gaps without making any mistakes. So, with my new programme. The simple systems to scale™, we are going to be going through the essential systems that you need in your business in order to set you up to scale with ease. So, if you haven’t heard this before it’s a business hub is a central place where pretty much you can run your business from. So everything is in this business hub and okay maybe not everything is stored there, but you have links from that business hub that will take you to the right place.

You don’t need to spend hours sitting in your drive or wherever you store your files try and search for something because it’s all in there it’s easily assignable, and it’s easy to keep track of because you can set due dates and times for yourself. So we’re going to start off with creating that because that is where I believe your scalable business system should be hosted.

Then we’re going to be looking at your admin system

So, within your admin system we’re going to be looking at your planning process we’re going to be looking at your client management process. We’re going to be looking at your onboarding and you’re offboarding process for tea for your clients.

We are then going to move on to your marketing system

Where we’re going to look at your content management system, we are going to look at your creation your repurpose in process, and then look at your content library and the metrics. So, how you are going to be checking up.

Then move on to the sale system

So, we’re going to be looking at your prospecting process, we’re going to be looking at your research process we’re going to be looking at your prospect and then your outreach processes. So, how will you sell into your clients going forwards and potential clients?

Now we’re going to look at your HR system

Which is going to be your team management system, where or process so we’re going to look at your onboarding or offboarding. We’re going to be looking at your hire in or within the team management process.

And then we’re going to move on to the finance system

Is going to be around your monthly review, which is going to include reconciling your accounts, reviewing and planning. So how you’re going to forecast and how you’re going to plan going forward.

As I say, these five systems are the systems that you need to have in place

Every single business owner needs to have these systems in place, and the processes that we’re going to be looking at are going to really be suiting for those systems. So they are going to be the things that you need to be doing as a business owner, no matter what stage you’re at. These are going to be the things that you’re going to need to have in place in order to set yourself up to scale.
