Burnout Slayer™ Toolbox Is Here – What Is It?

Hello and today I’m going to be talking about the burnout Slayer™ toolbox. Now some of you may know me and know me as the burnout Slayer™. Other people may be new to my art, and may think, what on earth is this but it sounds good, and other people may just not have heard of it at all.

And that’s why this week is slightly different kinds of content, because I’m going to be talking about the burnout Slayer™ toolbox, what it is, how it come about and what the future looks like. So if you’re ready, we’ll get started.

Burnout Slayer™ Toolbox Is Here - What Is It?

So, briefly a little bit about me.

As I’ve said, some of you might be new to my world. So that means that you won’t necessarily know what I’m about, and predominantly I’m probably more known or the best known online for providing online Business Support as an agency to busy, busy female leaders that have got high big dreams and a vision, and they need some help to get there. And that comes in the form of managing and implementation. But for me, me as a person. My mission is to help as many female leaders, as I possibly can to achieve that vision without burning out.

Although the agency is really really powerful and it’s a really good way to get there.

It’s also why only business owners that have an established business, or the investment there to be able to make to hire support to help them drive their business forward. And I’m under no illusion that when it’s early on in business. People don’t have the money to invest like that. And that’s completely fine and that’s completely normal when it comes to business, and I know many people will say, you need to hire a VA, you need to hire an OBM, and you can get this sense of panic and almost like that is what I need to do in order to be successful.

But if you can’t afford to hire someone without sacrificing your income or sacrificing your mental well being around things. Then you almost start to feel that you have to struggle around and just hire someone that fits in budget. And this is not the right way to do it. There’s plenty of reasons why, and I won’t go through all of them today because we’ll be here forever. One of the biggest reasons why that’s not the right way to approach it because you end up hiring the wrong people.

And that then means that you don’t get the return that you’re expecting.

Not only that you don’t get the return that you’re expecting, but you also waste a lot of time and energy on something that just isn’t going to work out, because that’s not what you need at that moment in time. And a lot of the time. You then get pressured into hiring someone that’s maybe offshore. And although there’s nothing wrong with that and there’s some fabulous fabulous people offshore, there also comes an issue where there’s the difference in time, can become a bit of an issue. And also, the difference in the kind of legalities around a business so when it comes to GDPR and things like that. They’re things that we’ve really need to be on top of as business owners in the UK in the US, in Europe, and that’s not always the case, when you start to look at hiring someone offshore.

So, although offshore will work for many people, and that’s completely fine equally sometimes that’s not what you need, and if it is a case that you were feeling that someone said to you, you need to hire a VA, but you’re not sure if the time is right now. It’s a case of sitting back and thinking and re evaluating your business, and it’s a case of streamlining looking through what’s working, what’s not working, what’s generating new revenue, and then looking at how much time that takes.

If you’ve still got pieces or strategies in there that sucking up your time sucking up your energy and your money. But they’re not really bringing you a return, you need to go and pause them, not outsource them, because by outsourcing it, you’re still not going to get a return but you’re going to be paying for someone to do that particular strategy, and not get anything in return back.

That’s one of the reasons why the burnout Slayer™ toolbox, has been born.

So the burnout Slayer™ toolbox goes beyond the agency so although the agency is part of that is the higher level support so it’s the support that established business owners and people that are, that bit further ahead in business. That’s where they will need the support that stay in there, stay where it is we’re still doing implementing we’re still doing the management, and it’s something that I’m super passionate about. And, you know, that will be in the business forever because I’m really really changes lives. But the burnout slayer™ toolbox is about how we can help as many of you as we possibly can.

Who maybe don’t have the budget to hire an agency, maybe they just need a little bit of support in a particular area. So they don’t need the agency as such they just need someone to be able to help them through this particular hurdle that they’re facing. And maybe it comes as a case of, you’re still setting up your business but it’s overwhelming and stressful. You’re finding yourself pulled in all different directions.

We’ve all been there. We’ve all been small business owners, and that’s the nature of what happens you come in. You’re always enthusiastic about what you’re going to be doing. How your business is going to look and it’s full of roller coasters. Especially for the first couple of years. And that then leads us to our newest offering, which is around helping you to make time for you.

So how does the burnout slayer™ toolbox work.

The burnout slayer™ toolbox is founded by me, Charlotte. And it works in three different levels, so we have levels from people that are starting up in business. Which the first level is for, it’s not just for people starting up actually but it’s it’s inclusive for everyone.

Effectively the first stage, and that is around our burnout Slayer™ toolbox subscription.

So, you can. You can buy these separately, it’s not a case of you just have to have the subscription box. But what really really helps. And is a powerful way to do is to sign up to the subscription box where every single month, you will get a subscription box of goodies.

But you can also upgrade. So, if you’re if you’ve maybe had your business for a year or so and you’re starting to embark on some tech or things like that. Every month you will get products come through that will be enticing you to make time for you. And even if that is just a couple of ours. It’s all about giving you the tools that you need to make that time and space, in order to look after yourself.

So these will be things like bustles there’ll be bath bombs, there will be positivity T shirts. There will be bags and they will the everything that you will possibly need in order to keep your mind, healthy, and your body healthy. And you will also have the option to upgrade your box. So if you want more than the product so you want an online course that we have. That we may be offering that month, you can upgrade for that month. Or you can upgrade, going forward. So every time a course comes out you will have access to that course, as part of your subscription.

Now, the courses are the next level up

So the next level what is around the group programmes and the courses that we that we provide. This is more of a done with you, kind of setup, so if you are feeling overwhelmed in your business and you’re feeling. Everything’s getting on top of you. You need to take some more time to figure things out, you need to organise things. Then, this level is for you.

This is all about getting your foundations set up. And, this consists of our main group programme, which is simple system to scale™. And that’s all about as it says on the team, creating systems that work. So these aren’t systems that are just written out on a Word document.

These are systems that you are able to keep in your business, that’s user friendly but actually going to get used, because, again, we’ve all been there, we create this long word document, no one wants to sit there reading the Word document.

So we create it in a way that people are people are happy to use people want to use because it helps make their job in life easier.

So we have the simple system scale™ group programme. We also have some other courses that go alongside this so if you wanted some help with say some automations, then we’re creating a course around automations. We’re also creating a course around content and around how to create your content system your repurposing system, etc.

So, if you’re kind of moving on from the subscription box and you’re feeling a bit like. Actually I need to start looking at automating some of my business, or I need to start actually setting those foundations up. Then this is the stage for you. You can still continue with your subscription box and you can add on the course, or you can go straight into the course, and do it that way.

I would recommend that you have a subscription box. Because that’s what’s going to keep us going, it’s going to give us the energy to continue. We are delivering you everything you need in order to take to take care of yourself.

And then once we’ve hit that level where we’re at the programmes and we’ve set the foundations up for our business.

We’ve got things running really well. We’ve streamlined, we’ve removed the things that just aren’t working for us that that don’t bring us a return. Then we move into the agency part and this part is where you will find yourself so once you set up your systems. You’ve automated you’ve streamlined and you’ve got things running well you’re getting return. But actually you’re feeling like you’re drowning from juggling all the different pieces. That’s where the agency will come in.

So, you will then work with either a VA or OBM or tech strategies depending what you need at that moment in time. We will be able to work with you to be able to take some of that off of your shoulders. So you can concentrate then on doing what you need to be doing in your business, and that’s serving your clients. It’s bringing in no sounds and it’s having those conversations with your clients.

So that’s really the three tiers of where the burnout Slayer™ toolbox sits.

Now, there are some different parts within that, but those are the three main objectives of this toolbox. And it’s something that I am so so excited about. Because it’s something that I’ve really wanting to do for a long long time. It’s just never felt like the right time. And actually things just haven’t been aligned. But actually now, everything has come together and I feel so passionately about this really helping you. Because I do it in my business, I have an agency but I have a VA I have an account manager.

I have people that are helping me with that business. Because otherwise I would just be burning myself out. And none of us set up a business in order to spread ourselves out right. We set up a business because we want more freedom, maybe we want some more money, maybe we want to be the boss. Maybe we just want to be able to make a change in the industry, maybe we want to be the leader in leading this change that’s going to be, that’s going to create an impact in the industry. Whatever your why is eventually you will get to the point in business where you cannot do everything yourself.

The burnout slayer™ toolbox, this is where I think it’s really going to stand out because this is going to be throughout your journey throughout your business journey.

We’re going to be supporting you by your side helping you build that community and that network of amazing people that that feel the same issue that you feel as passionately about building up a successful business that’s going to help an impact people and impact their customers, as well as, so I’m letting you into a little secret here. So that’s the burnout slayer™ toolbox, as it sits today. And this is today in August, 2021.

So, from next year. I’m actually going through a certification to become a certified online business consultant.

And that starts towards the end of the year. I’m so excited about being able to add that, because that is going to be completely game changing. So that’s actually going to be the top level of the burnout Slayer™ toolbox, so we’re going to have the subscription box which is for everyone.

This is to be is to help you take care of you.

Effectively, you know, you get to the point where you haven’t got time to go to the shop to get some more bath salts Oh, I haven’t got so I haven’t got some bath salts so I haven’t got this or I haven’t got that. And he’s taking that away from you, it’s providing you with the tools every single month that you need to make some you time.

Then we have the courses and the programmes where we work together to build those foundations that you need in business. In order to set yourself up in the best possible place in order to scale. Then we’ll have the agency where we will work with you and in your business through the implementation and the management of the different moving pieces, and then we will have working with me one on one, where we will look at the strategies that you’re using, and build up that alignment that you want with your customers and and look at how you can build your business up even even further.

We literally throughout the burnouts there tool box, we’ll be working with you throughout your entire business journey.

Which I love because you don’t want to outgrow, a company that you’re working with. And I love that I build up these relationships with my clients and it’s so, so powerful. I love and I love that we can learn their business, I love that when we get to that level where maybe you will want some advice around the strategy sides. I love that I’ll be able to do that for you. And we would already have an insider’s view into your business. So what better way to be able to do that, apart from having them all aligned, how we have.

So, this by all means, is not a sales pitch. This is just because I’ve had some questions around the new look, business. And it is a new look, because it is slightly different and there are some little sprinkles of magic that’s been added in there. So I’m really really excited about it so that’s why I wanted to talk to you this week. And just really tell you what that looks like, so you can see kind of what I do. Because some people will say, what do you do, what what do you say you do.

Because you’ve got some products, but this and it all comes together and it all fits the bigger picture.

But I think sometimes you don’t see that because you will see little parts of it. So that’s where I wanted to talk to you this week about what that bigger picture looks like. So I hope that has been really, really helpful.
